SQUIRES GROVE MANGEMENT ASSOCIATION
The Squires Grove Management Association is a not-for-profit organization responsible for the operation and maintenance of the common areas of the Squires Grove Condominium Association and the Squires Grove Homeowners Association. The common areas include the retention pond, pond aeration equipment, surrounding shoreline, grass/wooded areas, the pond walking path, access road, and the four cul-de-sacs within the Squires Grove subdivision.
SQUIRES GROVE WATER TRUST
The Squires Grove Water Trust was established for the operation and maintenance of the private water infrastructure that provides water service to the Squires Grove Condominiums (76 users), the Elm Grove Parkway Condominiums (16 users), the Pilgrim Grove Condominiums (8 users), and 46 homes in and adjacent to the Squires Grove Subdivision.
SQUIRES GROVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
The Squires Grove Homeowners Association was established to provide services to the homeowners of the Squires Grove Subdivision.
